Who I am
I am a psychologist, sex therapist, trainer of therapists, master clinician, and coach who has had the honor of bettering people’s lives for over three decades.
I am a PACT-certified therapist and was one of the original core faculty members of the PACT Institute — instrumental in the evolution of their couple retreats and training programs.
These days I work only with committed couples who are grappling with “the how” of satisfying sex, or of death, given what reality truly is. My orientation is psychobiological: I attend to the nervous systems in the room, the bodies, and the moment-to-moment exchanges that either build security or quietly erode it.
I am most excited to share my newest application of PACT — the Ripening Model of Secure Erotic Functioning — which helps couples who are truly ready to do the work of expanding their erotic capacities. Alongside my colleague, I run personalized retreats designed for one couple at a time.

How I work
I start with the body and the nervous system, not the story. Real change happens in the smallest exchanges between two people.
Satisfying sex and the reality of death live close together. I hold both with care, and treat the erotic as a sacred door.
I teach therapists to apply PACT skillfully to the most complex issues — individually, in consult groups, and in trainings.
